The 50/50 Silent Auction is LIVE!
Check out the many beautiful donations from local artists and business owners. Your purchase is shared between the artist or business and the effort to get Off the Wall & Up Close picked up for a season!
The auction will end in the gallery at Wunderbar at the Wrap Party on October 2, 6 - 8PM. Don't forget to get your ticket! Any Buy It Now that happens before the event will include a ticket to the party!!!
Donate your art or business gift to the effort to raise funds to get the Off the Wall & Up Close Pilot into film festivals and into the hands of network agents with the hopes of making a series that will bring attention to arts & culture in Off the Wall places like Syracuse!!
As a 50/50 auction, 50% of the proceeds (after event fees) will go to you and the other 50% to our fundraiser. You may opt to donate 100% of your proceeds to the fundraiser.
To ensure a high quality show and encourage donations, your contribution should have a minimum retail value of $100. In return, you'll receive an invite to the wrap party. Additional tickets for your guests are encouraged and can be made by donating $50 or purchasing a ticket on Event Brite. The 50/50 silent auction will be held in the gallery on the 2nd floor in Wunderbar during the wrap party and limited to 20 entries. People will be able to bid both in-person and online. A limited number of pieces will be chosen, so get your item in soon!

Entries must be your own compositions. Original artwork only.
We will accept 2D and 3D works of art in all mediums.
All artwork must be in good condition, ready to hang, and either matted, backed, framed or on stretched canvas.
The artist's name and title of works must be on the back of the works.
Once the artwork is entered it may not be withdrawn from the auction. All pieces not sold will be given back to the artist at the end of the show. For pieces sold, payment will be sent to Artists within 7 business days.

All items accepted will be photographed, you give Hey Alec Productions,LLC. the right to photograph, post and share your work, for the purposes of promoting you as an artist, your business, and the event.
Hey Alec Productions, LLC. and its staff assume no responsibility for checking copyright permission. We respect the wishes of the copyright holder. Hey Alec Productions, LLC. itself holds any jurisdiction over what will or will not be allowed.
Hey Alec Productions, LLC. nor the venue are liable for damage or theft. The donor is responsible for insuring their items.
If sold, payment will be remitted via Venmo or check within 14 days of the end of the event.
