Welcome to Hey Alec Productions, LLC(HAP). By using our website and engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services & Communication
HAP provides professional creative services including social media management, content creation, and production support.
Response Time: We value efficiency. We commit to a 48 hour response time for all business inquiries and project communications during standard business days.
Content Creation: For ongoing management contracts, content creation begins on the first day of your specific contract period (e.g., the 1st or the 15th of the month).
2. Payments & Invoicing
We use QuickBooks for all billing. Invoices are due upon receipt.
Late Payments: We reserve the right to immediately pause all work and withhold deliverables if invoices remain unpaid.
Kill Fee & Refunds: If a project is cancelled midstream, a "Kill Fee" will apply to cover work already performed. Any refunds for prepaid services will be prorated based on the amount of work completed up to the date of cancellation.
3. Intellectual Property & File Access
Client Property: You retain full ownership of all logos, images, and data you provide to us.
HAP Property: Hey Alec Productions owns all original creative assets, working files, and "in progress" content we create.
Access Rights: While clients may request access to files, HAP is under no obligation to release working files or final deliverables if a project is terminated early or if there is an outstanding unpaid balance. Final assets are only released upon full payment.
4. Client Responsibilities
To maintain our 48 hour momentum, we rely on you to provide necessary assets and feedback. Delays in client delivery may result in adjusted project timelines.
5. Limitation of Liability
HAP provides creative professional support. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or social media metrics. HAP is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
